Finding a way forward.
Working safely through words and images within a psychotherapeutic frame with a qualified professional.
Is this for you?
You might feel stuck, overwhelmed, or in the middle of a change you didn’t plan.
You don’t need a crisis or a diagnosis to start therapy.
You don’t need to be good at art either, and there is always the art of conversation.
